Universal manifold for surface heating and cooling, used in heating systems based on PEX or PERT 16 and EVOH 17 multilayer pipes. Perfect for ground heating together with boilers and heat pumps. Can be used with 50% glycol. The manifold, as part of the installation, is responsible for the effective distribution of the medium between the individual elements of the heating system. This allows each circuit to be powered independently, which in turn allows for individual hydraulic and temperature control. That is why the manifold is such an important element of the heating system - with its help you can independently control the efficiency and temperature of each room with underfloor heating.
Full set contains:
- 4-circuits brass beams with 1/2" Inch BSP threaded holes and a gasket cutter in the number corresponding to the number of heating circuits;
- Massive mounting rails covered with a layer of nickel and equipped with anti-vibration inserts at the beams fastenings;
- Rotameters 0-5l/min equipped with a movable indicator ring complete with a 1/2" x 3/4" Inch BSP nipple;
- Thermostatic insert M30x1.5 for the control actuator with a durable manual knob complete with a 1/2" x 3/4" Inch BSP nipple;
- Tees of the vent/drain group with a counter nut for proper alignment of the group;
- Revolving drain valves with 3/4" Inch BSP male thread;
- Automatic air vents with foot valve;
- Additional set of manual air vents with a key.
